The trip timing will start from the time the driver reaches the location you booked for car delivery. The kilometers will begin when you'll take the driving seat and start the trip. It'll end when the trip ends.

Yes, the users are advised to maintain 80 km/hr speed limit for Wagon R & Brio (Mini's) & 100-110 km/hr for Hatchback, Muv, Sedan & SUV. You will be charged an over speeding fine max upto INR 5000 in case you speed the advised limit.

In case of vehicle breakdown, it is the user duty to inform Trippy immediately. Customers are advised not to drive the car if it has developed any faults. If the vehicle cannot be repaired at the location of breakdown, a replacement vehicle will be provided by Trippy, subject to availability.

You can pick your car from any of our locations. Kindly mention it while booking.

We will deduct fastags, fines , damages, speed violations, if any. Rest we have a transparent refund policy. We will refund your security deposit within 5 to 7 Business days.

Security deposit will be directly refunded back to the transaction source i.e. Debit/Credit Card/Bank Account ,Wallet or any other .

The minimum rental period for any Trippy vehicle is 12 hours/60-kilometers whereas there is no maximum rental period.

Trippy is not liable to pay for any such event. The users have to bear such expenses from his/her own pocket.

Well, we will try our best to help you find your belongings if you inform us soon enough but, we cannot guarantee you. We would request you kindly check the car thoroughly before handing it back to Trippy .
