How can I book a car?
You can book a car via our application or simply login in our website (www.trippycar.com) or call us: +91 81090 14180 / 86020 22202.
Where in India can I travel?
Anywhere! You can travel anywhere in India as our cars have All India Permits. So, no worries!
Is there any age limit to rent a car?
Yes, Trippy only rent its car to people aged 18 or above.
Do you charge any security amount?
Yes we do charge but, it's very minimal amount (Rs 5,000 for Economy & Premium and Rs 15,000 for Luxury Car).
What obligatory information is required by Trippy to book a car?
Usersfull name, valid email address, working phone number and a valid driving license.
Can I let anyone else to drive the car?
No, only the licensed driver whose name has been registered while booking is allowed to drive the car.
How far in advance can I book?
There is no time limit to book in advance. You can book anytime.
Do you provide one way service as well?
Yes, our trained chauffer can pick or drop you anywhere.
What about the driver accommodation and food?
Trippy will take care of driver expenses. Chill!
When does the trip Kilometer reading start and end?
The trip timing will start from the time the driver reaches the location you booked for car delivery. The kilometers will begin when you'll take the driving seat and start the trip. It'll end when the trip ends.
Can I take the car early?
Sure. All you have to do is reschedule your booking timing.
What if I return the car late?
For first two hours no charges will be fined. After two hours, standard charges on per hour of delay will be applied. Rs300 will be charged against per hour of delay.
What if I return the car early?
If you wish, you may return the car early but there will be no refund from Trippy.
Is there any Speed Limit?
Yes, the users are advised to maintain 100-120 km/hr speed limit. You will be charged an over speeding fine max upto INR 2500 in case you speed the advised limit.
For how many kilometers can I drive?
Trippy gives you complete freedom of driving unlimited kilometres during your journey.
What if I met with an accident during the trip?
We request you not to panic and contact us immediately. Our concerned team will coordinate and arrange everything for you. It is our humble appeal not to leave the place of accident until we reach & provide proper support.
What if the vehicle develops some fault?
In case of vehicle breakdown, it is the user duty to inform Trippy immediately. Customers are advised not to drive the car if it has developed any faults. If the vehicle cannot be repaired at the location of breakdown, a replacement vehicle will be provided by Trippy, subject to availability.
Where do I pick my car from?
You can pick your car from any of our locations. Kindly mention it while booking.
Where do I return/drop the car?
You can drop your car at any of our Locations. Kindly mention it while booking.
Will I be refunded the entire security deposit?
Yes. We have a transparent refund policy. We will refund your security deposit within 5 to 10 working days.
How will the security deposit be refunded?
Security deposit will be directly refunded back to the transaction source i.e. Debit/Credit Card/Bank Account or Wallet.
Is there a minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period for any Trippy vehicle is 4 hours/40-kilometers where as there is no maximum rental period.
Who pays the cost of fines, tolls and parking?
Trippy is not liable to pay for any such event. The users have to bear such expenses from his/her own pocket.
How can I pay for my rental?
You can pay via a Credit Card or a Debit card.
What if I leave something in Trippy's car?
Well, we will try our best to help you find your belongings if you inform us soon enough but, we cannot guarantee you. We would request you kindly check the car thoroughly before handing it back to Trippy.
